2021 AGM and Form 8-K: Notice of Departure of Director – Mr Ernie Thrasher

Coronado Global Resources Inc. (“Coronado” or “the Company”) (ASX: CRN) advises that it will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders (“2021 AGM”) at 10.00am on 27 May 2021 (AEST)/ 8.00pm, 26 May 2021 (US Eastern Time).

It further advises that it has today lodged the attached Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr Ernie Thrasher, a Director of Coronado has advised that he will not seek re-election at the Company’s 2021 AGM. He will continue to serve as a Director of Coronado for the remainder of his current term, which concludes at the end of the 2021 AGM.

This announcement was authorised to be given to the ASX by the Disclosure Committee of Coronado Global Resources Inc.

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 1, 2021, Ernie Thrasher informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Coronado Global Resources Inc. (the “Company”) that he has chosen not to stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”), which is expected to be held on May 26, 2021 (May 27, 2021 in Australia). Mr. Thrasher will continue to serve as a director of the Company through the end of his current term, which ends at the adjournment of the 2021 Annual Meeting. Mr. Thrasher’s decision was not based on any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
