Resignation of Assistant and Joint Company Secretary

The Company advises today that Ms Liesl Burman has resigned as General Counsel, Australia and Assistant (and Joint) Company Secretary to pursue another opportunity. The Company expects to appoint Ms Burman’s replacement as General Counsel Australia and Assistant Company Secretary shortly and further details will be advised in due course. Ms Burman will remain in her role as General Counsel, Australia for an interim period to facilitate a smooth transition.

The Company would like to thank Ms Burman for her commitment and contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes her well for the future.
