Appointment of Assistant Company Secretary

Coronado Global Resources Inc. (ASX: CRN) advises that it has appointed Ms Susan Casey as Assistant and Joint Company Secretary, effective from 21 April 2021, based in Brisbane, Australia.

Ms Casey joined Coronado in April 2021 as General Counsel – Australia following in-house counsel roles across a number of industries including energy and resources; media, broadcasting and publishing. This included more than ten years with Rio Tinto and prior to that she worked in private practice.

This appointment follows the resignation of Ms Liesl Burman as General Counsel - Australia and Assistant Company Secretary effective on 16 April 2021.

Ms Casey is the person appointed under Listing Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters.

Mr Richard Rose remains as Secretary of Coronado Global Resources Inc. and is based in West Virginia, USA.
