Appointment of Company Secretary
Coronado Global Resources Inc. (ASX: CRN) advises that it has appointed Mr Christopher P. Meyering (Chris) as Company Secretary, based in West Virginia, USA, effective from 1 September 2021, when he will also be taking up his role as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of the Company.
As Vice President, CLO and Secretary of the Company, Chris will be responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters for Coronado. He will also be a member of Coronado’s group executive team.
This appointment follows the resignation of Mr Richard Rose as Vice President, CLO and Secretary of the Company.
Mr Meyering is also a person appointed under Listing Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters.
Ms Susan Casey remains as Assistant and Joint Company Secretary based in Brisbane, Australia.
