Helium One Update

Scirocco Energy (AIM: SCIR), the AIM investing company targeting attractive production and development opportunities within the European energy market, is pleased to note that Helium One has successfully been admitted to trading on AIM this morning.

Following their successful placing of £6 million, Helium One will now progress its seismic and drilling programme through Q1/Q2 2021. Please see the full announcement here.

As previously noted, Scirocco holds 21,297,388 shares in Helium One, which represents an interest of c.4.6% in the share capital, and 1 million share options.
