Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Notice convening a General Meeting of the Company ("GM") are available on the Company's website at https://www.coroenergyplc.com and have been posted to shareholders today.

The GM is to be held on Wednesday, 9 October 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
