Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio , announces that its Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been mailed to shareholders and available on the Company's website at www.coroenergyplc.com .

Marco Fumagalli, Non-Executive director of the Company has advised that, following seven years as a Non Executive Director, he will not be standing for re-election at the forthcoming AGM.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Vigo Consulting, Sackville House, 40 Piccadilly, London W1J 0DR on 24 April 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
