Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 230,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options.

The Shares have been issued out of the block listing of 61,856,538 ordinary shares in the Company that was admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 12 May 2022, as referenced and in accordance with an announcement dated 6 May 2022.

The Company advises that, following the issue of the 230,000 new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 500,183,971 Ordinary Shares.  The Company holds no shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 500,183,971 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
