Corero (AIM: CNS) (OTCQX: DDOSF) , the distributed denial of service ("DDoS") protection specialists, announces that it has posted the Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") as well as its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 to shareholders who requested hard copies.

The Company's 2025 AGM will be held at Vigo Consulting, 78-79 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1RZ, at 9.30 a.m. on Monday, 16 June 2025.
