Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS) (OTCQB: DDOSF), the distributed denial of service ("DDoS") protection specialists, announces that it has posted the Notice of its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") as well as its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 to shareholders who requested hard copies.

The Company's 2024 AGM will be held at Vigo Consulting, 78-79 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1RZ, at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, 20 June 2024.
