Availability of Annual Report & Accounts and AGM

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the AIM listed network security company, announces that, following the notification of its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on 26 March 2015, its full Annual Report & Accounts for that period are now available on its website, http://www.corero.com/investors/results, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ at 9.30am on 17 June 2015.
