Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the AIM listed network security company, announces that on 24 April 2017, options were granted over new ordinary shares to the Directors of the Company ("Options" and "Ordinary Shares") as set out below.

The Options carry an exercise price of 8.0 pence per share and vest in equal proportions on the first, second and third anniversaries of being granted. Any Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the Options may not be sold or otherwise transferred until the second anniversary of the date of being granted. There are performance conditions associated to the vesting of the Options.
In addition, further to the announcement made on 24 April 2017, purchases of Ordinary Shares by certain Directors under the Placing and Subscription have now completed. Detailed information on these transactions is also set out below.
