Contract wins

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security company, is pleased to announce two new customer orders as well as two expansion orders from existing Corero customers, totaling $1.0 million, for the Company's leading SmartWall DDoS protection products.

The first order is with a global cloud infrastructure provider, which has deployed SmartWall 10Gps products in multiple data centres, with a supporting one-year contract for SecureWatch® services. The order follows a proof of concept ("POC") trial in which Corero successfully demonstrated SmartWall's real-time DDoS protection as critical for delivering latency sensitive cloud hosting services.

In addition, an internet service provider has also ordered a suite of SmartWall 10Gps products, deployed in multiple data centres, with a supporting one-year contract for SecureWatch® services. The order also follows a successful POC trial in which Corero demonstrated the value of the SmartWall real-time DDoS protection as critical in the delivery of secure internet connectivity access.

Furthermore, an existing global cloud security customer has ordered a suite of SmartWall 10Gps products, with a supporting three-year contract for SecureWatch® services, to protect its additional internet capacity which supports its growing business.

Finally, a leading global cloud services provider and longstanding Corero customer has ordered further SmartWall 10Gps products, with a supporting three-year contract for SecureWatch® services, for two additional data centre sites.
