Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of security solutions for defending against DDoS attacks and cyber threats, was today notified that on 6 October 2014, Peter Kennedy Gain purchased 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the purchase, Peter Kennedy Gain is now interested in 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
