$1.6 million of customer orders secured

Strong customer traction achieved across Corero's product portfolio

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security company, is pleased to announce three customer orders totaling $1.6 million, which comprise:

·   an expansion order for SmartWall 10Gbps solutions from an existing SaaS customer;

·  a DDoS Protection as a Service ("DDPaaS") order for SmartWall 100Gbps solutions with a new service provider customer; and

·   a Support and SecureWatch security services contract renewal for a hosting provider customer.

The expansion order includes multiple SmartWall products with a supporting three year contract for SecureWatch® services, forming part of the customer's ongoing global deployment of SmartWall.

The DDPaaS contract, which is Corero's largest to date, is a three year agreement for Corero to deliver SmartWall DDoS appliances for this US service provider's 100Gbps infrastructure enabling it to provide DDoS protected services to its customers.

The Support and SecureWatch services contract is the third consecutive annual renewal for a leading US based hosting provider. The agreement will see Corero continue to supply support and SecureWatch managed security services for the customer's global SmartWall installation, which provides real-time DDoS mitigation.
