Further to the announcements made on 25 November 2019, the Result of General Meeting announcement released on 12 December 2019 and Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to AIM becoming effective this morning, the Company makes the following disclosures in respect of the participation in the Subscription by certain of the Directors of the Company.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.

(2) 33,674,846 Ordinary Shares are held in the name of JPM International Limited, which is wholly owned by Jens Montanana, 125,871,751 Ordinary Shares are held in the name of The New Millennium Technology Trust of which Jens Montanana is a beneficiary and 27,753,809 are held on his own account.
