Grant of Options
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the AIM listed network security company, announces that on 19 October 2018, options were granted over a total of 4,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Directors of the Company ("Options") as set out below.

The Options carry an exercise price of 10.95 pence per Ordinary Share, which equates to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 18 October 2018, and vest in equal proportions on the first, second and third anniversaries of being granted. Any new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the Options may not be sold or otherwise transferred until the second anniversary of the date of being granted.
In addition to the grant of the above Options to the Directors, Options over a total of 6,351,000 new Ordinary Shares were granted to Group employees. Following the grant of these Options, the Company has granted Options over 35,249,332 new Ordinary Shares, representing 8.8% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
