Completion of Subscription and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement made on 15 October 2018, regarding the $2.0 million Subscription by Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR), the Company confirms that following admission of the Subscription Shares to trading on AIM this morning, that its issued share capital now consists of 401,991,828 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 401,991,828 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
