Total Voting Rights

Further to the admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM this morning, the Company announces that its issued share capital now consists of 384,982,859 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 384,982,859 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
