Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of real-time high-performance, automatic Distributed Denial of Service ("DDoS") cyber defense solutions, announces that Neil Pritchard, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned to pursue another career opportunity. 

The Company has begun a process to appoint a successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.  Neil will remain in place in his current role and as Board member during his notice period to support the business during the recruitment process. 

The Board and the Executive team would like to thank Neil for his dedication and contribution to the Group's recent development and performance and would like to wish him every success in his new role.
