Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of real-time, high-performance, automatic Distributed Denial of Service ("DDoS") cyber defense solutions, announces the appointment of Andrew Miller as interim Chief Financial Officer from 1 September 2022.

Andrew will work alongside Neil Pritchard ensuring an orderly handover until late September, at which time Neil will formally leave the business for his new role, as announced on 14 July 2022. In parallel, the Company has commenced the search for Neil's successor.

Andrew has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since May 2020, having previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operational Officer from August 2010. Andrew is expected to remain as interim CFO to the end of the current financial year ended 31 December 2022 unless a new CFO is appointed earlier.
