Directorate Change

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS) announces that Andrew Miller has tendered his resignation to the board of directors.  Andrew will therefore step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer in the coming months to take up a position with a private equity business, at which time he will be take up the role of Non-executive Director of Corero.

As a result, the Board will now commence a process to identify and appoint a successor and further announcements will be made, as appropriate, in due course.

Jens Montanana, Corero Chairman, said:

"Andrew has been a valued member of our management team as CFO since 2010 and has made a significant contribution to the business. I would like to thank him on behalf of the board for his dedicated service.

"I am however pleased to confirm that we will continue to benefit from Andrew's expertise as a non-executive director of Corero once his executive duties end and I look forward to providing an update on the appointment of a CFO in due course."
