Result of General Meeting

Total Voting Rights

On 25 November 2019, Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security company, announced a conditional Placing and Subscription to raise up to approximately £3.25 million (before expenses).

The Company announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolutions as set out in the Circular dated 25 November 2019 were duly passed without amendment and that the Directors therefore expect the Placing and Subscription to become unconditional on 13 December 2019, following admission of the 92,857,143 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.

Voting results at the General Meeting will be made available to view shortly on the Company's website at www.corero.com/investors/shareholder-information

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 494,852,304 Ordinary Shares, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Corero following Admission will be 494,852,304.

The above figure of 494,852,304 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Defined terms used in this announcement not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings as those terms defined and used in the Circular dated 25 November 2019.
