Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Ordinary Resolution to approve and authorise the sale of the Company's shareholding in Corero Business Systems Limited was duly passed and the sale is expected to complete on 1 August 2013.
