Corella Resources RTO Raises Maximum of $5M, Offer Closed
Corella Resources Ltd (ASX:CR9) (the “Company”) (formerly Sinetech Limited ASX:STC) is pleased to advise that the Public Offer (“Offer”) has closed and has raised the $5 million maximum amount stated under the Prospectus.
With the Offer finalised, the acquisition of HPAA Pty Ltd is materially complete and the Company is satisfying the remaining conditions precedent for readmission to the ASX Official List.
An indicative timetable for the reinstatement of the Company on the ASX as Corella Resources Ltd (trading under the new code ASX:CR9) is provided below:
