Description

The securities of Sinetech Limited (‘STC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of STC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 19 February 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Sinetech Limited (“Sinetech” or “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX, with respect to Sinetech’s quoted securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Sinetech advises that:

• (a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending release of announcement in relation to a potential business acquisition;

• (b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 19 February 2019, and when the announcement on the potential business acquisition is made to the market; and

• (c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
