Notification of Change in Auditor
The Board of Directors of The Gruden Group Ltd announces a decision to change auditor of the Company from Pitcher Partners to UHY Haines Norton.
The Directors have decided the change appropriate, so as to appoint a Sydney based auditor, the location of the Company’s principal place of business.
Pitcher Partners has applied for, and received ASIC consent to resign as the auditor of The Gruden Group Ltd.
The decision to appoint UHY Haines Norton is subject to ratification by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Pitcher Partners for their past assistance and services to the company.
