PRE-REINSTATEMENT DISCLOSURE

The Gruden Group Ltd (previously Exoma Energy Limited) (the “Company”) will be reinstated to official quotation from the commencement of trading on 26 May 2016, following the Company’s compliance with Listing Rule 11.1.3 and Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.

The following information is released as pre-reinstatement disclosure.

5. The audited accounts for Blackglass Pty Ltd, Gruden Holdings Pty Ltd and Mobile Den Pty Ltd for the financial years ended 30 June 2013, 30 June 2014 and 30 June 2015.

6. The audited accounts for Gruden Pty Ltd for the period from 1 February 2015 to 30 June 2015.
