Exoma Energy Limited (ASX:EXE ) advises that PricewaterhouseCoopers of 123 Eagle St, Brisbane QLD 4000 has resigned as auditor of the Company and Pitcher Partners of Level 30, 345 Queen St, Brisbane QLD 4000 has been approved as the new auditor of the Company by a unanimous vote of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 25 November 2014.
