Company Secretary Appointment & Retirement

Exoma Energy Limited (ASX: EXE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Josie King as Company Secretary. Ms King is admitted as a solicitor in Queensland and in England and Wales. She has over 15 years experience in legal practice in Australia and internationally, working with a wide range of corporate clients. Ms King has held positions as internal Legal Counsel to several large corporations, most recently with AWT International Pty Ltd.

Present Company Secretary, Brian McGillivray, will retire on 31 July 2012. Brian, formally an advisor to the present Board, was appointed Company Secretary in March 2010 following the successful acquisition of the Galilee Basin projects. The Board thanked Brian for his contribution to the Company’s transition from a start- up explorer to respected operator.
