Immaterial acreage relinquishment

Dear Sir,

Two leases the Company acquired in its recent Anadarko Basin acreage purchase have been deemed immaterial by the Company and thus are in the process of being relinquished, or have been relinquished, from the Company’s acreage portfolio. No further expenditure will be outlaid on these leases, which are located in Beaver County, Oklahoma, United States of America.

Exoma Energy is concentrating its Anadarko Basin development activities on its already defined drilling targets in Ellis County, Oklahoma and Lipscomb County, Texas, and views relinquishing its immaterial Beaver County acreage as assisting to sharpen its focus on assets which have the potential to unlock further shareholder value.
