Update: Satisfaction of further condition to CNOOC Supplemental Farmin Agreement and Subscription Agreement – NDRC approval.

Exoma Energy Limited (ASX: EXE) advises that China’s National Development and Reform Commission ( NDRC ) has approved the terms of the Supplemental Farmin Agreement and Subscription Agreement between Exoma and CNOOC Galilee Gas Company Pty Ltd ( CNOOC ). Exoma has previously advised that FIRB and Queensland Government approval of the transactions has been received (see announcements dated 20 September 2012 and 5 November 2012).

The agreements remain conditional upon approval by other Chinese Government authorities by 31 December 2012.
