On March 16, 2011, Richard P. Seiter, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Corrections Officer, announced that he will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Corrections Officer effective June 1, 2011. In connection with his retirement as Chief Corrections Officer, Mr. Seiter notified the Company of his intent not to extend his employment agreement with the Company. Although Mr. Seiter’s retirement will be effective June 1, 2011, Mr. Seiter will remain available to the Company as a resource during a transition period.
