On November 2, 2017, Core Molding Technologies, Inc. announced earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing this event is included in this form 8-K as exhibit 99.1.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 2, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on November 28, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2017. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
