Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective as of August 16, 2013, Herman F. Dick, Jr., the Chief Financial Officer of Core Molding Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position with the Company in order to pursue other opportunities as previously announced by the Company. The Company is currently in the process of identifying Mr. Dick's successor.
