Core Moves to New Corporate Headquarters

Advanced Australian lithium developer, Core Lithium Ltd ( Core or Company ) (ASX: CXO ), is pleased to announce it has moved to a new corporate office in the heart of the Adelaide CBD.

The transition to the larger premises will allow Core to cater for its growing workforce, in line with the growing corporate demands of the business as it makes a year-long transition from explorer to producer at the Company’s wholly-owned Finniss Lithium Project, located near Darwin in the Northern Territory.

Core anticipates this new space will be required as new roles are created to keep the business running efficiently and smoothly, as it transitions into a larger entity.

The new registered office and principal administrative office is located at Level 5, 149 Flinders Street, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000 effective Monday 20 December 2021.

All other contact details for the Company remain unchanged.

Core Managing Director Stephen Biggins said:

“The transition to a larger corporate premises is both a reflection of the strong and consistent growth we have experienced as a business over the past 18 months, and a foreshadowing of the space and larger corporate workforce we will be requiring as we evolve from an exploration company to a fully-fledged lithium miner.”
