Issue of Share Purchase Plan Shares
Core Exploration Limited (ASX:CXO) advises that 5,560,000 fully paid ordinary shares were today issued to applicants under the Company’s Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) at an issue price of 5 cents per share to raise $278,000. The SPP is partially underwritten to an amount of $500,000. The underwriter shares will be issued subject to approval of the 10,000,000 share placement facility at the company’s general meeting (Resolution 3) to be held on 4 April 2014.
An updated Appendix 3B seeking quotation of the shares is attached to this announcement.
