Issue of SPP Underwriting and Unlisted Options

Issue of underwriter shares

Core Exploration Limited (ASX:CXO) advises that 4,440,000 fully paid ordinary shares were today issued to underwriters of the Company’s Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) at an issue price of 5 cents per share. The underwriting raised a further $222,000 to take the total raised under the SPP to $500,000 to fund the Company’s activities as detailed in the SPP document lodged with ASX on 28 February 2014. The issue of underwriter shares was approved by shareholders at the company’s general meeting held on 4 April 2014.

The Company advises that it has issued 1,200,000 unlisted options and provides the following information in relation to the issue:
