Issue of Placement Shares and Unlisted Options
Core Exploration Limited (ASX:CXO) advises that 15,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 15,000,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of 10 cents and expiry of 31 January 2016 were today issued to professional, sophisticated and institutional investors at an issue price of 5.0 cents per share to raise $750,000 as announced by the Company on 1 December 2014.
An updated Appendix 3B seeking quotation of the shares is attached to this announcement.
