SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION
The securities of Core Exploration Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, in accordance with listing rule 17.2, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

Core Exploration Ltd – Request for Suspension
Core Exploration Ltd ( Core ) (ASX: CXO) hereby requests a voluntary suspension from quotation from the commencement of trading on Monday 3 June 2013.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises that:
-
(a) the suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising;
-
(b) the Company requests that securities remain suspended until the earlier of an announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 5 June 2013; and
-
(c) the Company is not aware of any reasons why the suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
