Issue of Rights Issue shortfall shares and revision to exercise price of options
Issue of Rights Issue shortfall shares
Core Exploration Limited (ASX:CXO) is pleased to announce that is has issued the remainder of the shortfall available under the rights issue as announced on 2 September 2013.
Change to exercise price of unlisted options
Following completion of the placement of the rights issue shares, Core advises a change to the exercise price of unlisted in accordance with Listing Rule 3.11.2 as detailed in TABLE 1 with effect on 16 September 2013.
The change to the exercise price is made pursuant to the terms of each of the options on issue and Listing Rule 6.22.2.
The appendix 3B following this announcement incorporates the rights issue shortfall and revised exercise prices.
