Non‐Executive Director Retirement

Core Exploration Ltd (ASX:CXO) wishes to advise that Mr Michael Schwarz is retiring as Non‐ Executive Director effective 28 February 2015.

Mike has been an integral part of the Company since its beginning and the successful IPO in 2011. In his role as executive director, Mike implemented the successful maiden drill programs at the Fitton Project in South Australia and then Albarta Project in the Northern Territory.

The Company has benefited greatly from Mike’s depth of industry experience and his strategic and practical approach to exploration. The Directors individually thank Mike for his valued contribution to the Company over the years, and along with the staff wish him well.

The Board acknowledges and thanks Mr Schwarz for his contribution as Director with Core since the Companies IPO in 2011.
