The issue of 27,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares to the Vendor of the Crown Project is in accordance with the acquisition agreement where the Tranche 1 Deferred Consideration Shares is due on the granting of the tenement. This issue was approved by shareholder on 30 July 2020.
