Global Approach Limited ("the Company") has issued, effective 5 January 2004, in total 20,000,000 ordinary shares ("the Securities") to the vendors of Global Approach Operations Pty Ltd, in accordance with the approval of shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting concluded on 12 December 2003.

The Securities are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Stock Exchange Limited ("ASX").

In accordance with ASIC Class Order 02/1180, the Company hereby notifies the ASX that all information of the kind that would be required to be disclosed under subsection 713(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwith) ("the Act") if a prospectus were to be issued in reliance on section 713 of the Act in relation to an offer of the Securities, has been disclosed to the ASX.
