WITHDRAWAL OF FORM 605 - CEASING TO BE SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

Earlier today the Company lodged with ASX on behalf of a substantial shareholder (James Canning-Ure) a Form 605 'Notice of Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder'. It has now come to the holder's attention that this form was incorrectly given to the Company and copied to ASX, so it is therefore withdrawn and cancelled.

Mr Canning-Ure's residual shareholding following the cancellation of shares in relation to reversal of the Tusk acquisition is 3,374,252 shares which is in fact 5.23% of the Company's amended issued capital of 64,467,545 shares. A Form 604 'Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder' is being given to the Company and will be copied to ASX to reflect the correct position.
