Re: Shareholder Update ‐ Acquisition of Teys Proprietary Ltd

Global Approach Limited (“GLO” or “the Company”) is currently in negotiation with the vendors of Teys Proprietary Ltd (“TPL”) and holders of $5.0 million in Global Approach Limited Convertible Notes in respect to the terms of the acquisition of TPL.

GLO and TPL confirm that both parties are committed to the transaction and to the negotiation of a final acquisition structure which is conducive to the transaction moving forward to settlement. When these final terms have been finalised a further release will be made to the market.
