ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholder Update

28 June 2013. The Directors of Teys Limited (ASX:TYS) are pleased to update shareholders on the progress of the recapitalisation of the company.

As announced in March 2013 the company has entered into acquisition discussions with a property developer in relation to a large commercial development. These discussions are ongoing and the company expects to enter into a transaction that will be subject to shareholder approval and an extraordinary meeting of the Company will be held in due course.

The company continues to be financially supported by Boom Capital Pty Ltd its major shareholder as it continues to work through the restructuring phase.
