16 June 2011: Teys Limited (ASX:TYS) has raised $100,000.00 via the issue of convertible notes to sophisticated investors .

The convertible notes will convert into fully paid ordinary shares of Teys Limited at $0.00176 per share (.176 cents) upon shareholder approval.

Shareholder approval for the conversion of the notes will be sought at the next shareholders meeting.

The funds will be used as additional working capital as the Company works through this restructuring period.
