Re: Board Changes

The Board of Global Approach Limited (‘GLO’) advises that Mr Peter Warne and Mr Michael Teys have been appointed as Non Executive Directors of the Company to replace Mr David ‐ Barwick and Mr James Canning Ure. Mr Barwick will also be standing down as Chairman and Mr Gallegos has been appointed Chairman effective immediately.

Mr Barwick has been a Director and Chairman of Global Approach since 1996. The board ‐ would like to formally thank Mr Barwick and Mr Canning Ure for their past efforts.

Peter H Warne

Mr Warne is currently Chairman of Capital Markets CRC Limited, Next Financial Limited and Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Management Limited, and a director of Securities Exchanges Guarantee Corporation Limited, WHK Group Limited, Securities Research Centre of Asia Pacific, ASX Limited, Macquarie Bank Limited and Austraclear Limited. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Australian Office of Financial Management.

Previously, Mr Warne was a director of Macquarie Capital Alliance group and a former Executive Vice ‐ President of Bankers Trust Australia Limited.

He is also a director and shareholder of Teys Proprietary Limited on which the Company is currently conducting due diligence.

Michael Teys

Michael Teys commenced his career in property law over 25 years ago. His experience in this industry has seen him partner three law firms and chair TEYS Legal Pty Ltd, which is currently in practice. Amongst his numerous industry appointments, Mr Teys has co ‐ founded and directed a total of three companies, and represented another three as chairman, including TEYS Property Investment Managers.

A notable and key speaker in the Australian strata industry, Michael has authored and presented over 100 papers throughout Australia and is a senior lecturer for Charles Sturt University. In March this year he was admitted as Fellow of the Australian College of Community Association Lawyers Inc.

He is the Chairman and shareholder of TEYS Proprietary Ltd on which the Company is currently conducted due diligence.
