Cordel joins Microsoft ISV Success program

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, is pleased to announce that the Company has joined the Microsoft ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Success program.

By formalizing the next steps of our engagement with Microsoft, we continue to build our relationship, working with Microsoft's Rail Industry Sector team. This includes wider leverage of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Azure Stack Edge) and associated software tools.

Commenting on the Microsoft relationship, Mike Turner, Chief Revenue Officer said;

Many of the key principles of Azure directly align with this vision, including a drive towards greater sustainability. By leveraging the capabilities of Azure we can develop more effective ways to deploy our capture and processing on in service trains, whilst ensuring the automated, high frequency, high accuracy data we generate is managed efficiently as Azure Cloud payload. In addition, by utilizing the extensive Microsoft tooling, applied against these vast captured data sets, we will be able to drive rail classification and inspection in new and exciting ways. We believe that working more closely with partners such as Microsoft helps to bring a new hyperscaler perspective to the rail sector, creating an opportunity to deliver improved outcomes to our rail customers."
